I am happy to take the time to work with you in an individual one-to-one coaching session to specifically improve your performance in freediving.​
Prerequisite: Freediving certificate (min. lvl 1)
Location: June to August at Neufelder See, September to May in the pool.

Fitness: Strength & endurance

Stretching: Improved flexibility; increase in lung volume

Breathing: Training of the respiratory muscles; relaxation; increase in CO2 tolerance

Mental Training: Pre-dive preparations; relaxation during the dive

Equalization: Exercises & tools

Technique: Video analysis to identify weaknesses, allowing us to work on them specifically and effectively
