Freedive-Coaching

I’m happy to take the time to work with you in a personalized one-to-one coaching session to improve your freediving performance.

Requirements: Freediving certificate (min. level 1)

Location: June to August at Neufelder See, September to May in the pool.

 

  • Fitness: Strength & endurance

  • Stretching: Improved flexibility; increased lung volume

  • Breathing Exercises: Training the respiratory muscles; relaxation; increasing CO2 tolerance

  • Mental Training: Preparation before the dive; relaxation during the dive

  • Equalization: Exercises & tools

  • Technique: Video analysis to identify weaknesses, allowing us to target and work on them effectively
